Mom and the Bosch

This morning I decided to make cinnamon rolls for Greg and his office because they have been going out early to try and win a competition they are in (and we are hoping they do well, because he could win a iphone4 or even a TV!!!) So I went into the kitchen so early in the morning and started making cinnamon rolls. At one point I thought to myself that I needed to be so quiet so Halle wouldn't wake up.... Then I got a smile on my face as I remembered all the times I would wake up to the Bosch downstairs in my house. I remember that sound so fondly, it meant that my mom had gotten up early to make sure that we were happy once again on a special occasion. I thought to myself, no... I want Halle to wake up! I want her to know and LOVE this sound the way that I do! Once again I am so thankful for my mom and the incredible woman that she is, I can't believe how blessed I am to follow in her footsteps.

Growing Girl

We decided at four months that is was time to start Halle on the rice cereal! She is slowly getting the hang of it and loving it! It is so weird how fast she is growing!

Busy as Bees!

I know, I have been slacking a great deal in the Blog department! We have been busy and I am so excited to post our latest adventures, so please bear with me! Halle is doing Very well and I think that is why I am slacking so much, I am trying to soak up every minute of her being this small! I never knew all the amazing things that were in store for me, I love my family so much (and I consider friends my family as well!)

Six Flags

Greg's office won a challenge, so they won a trip to Six Flags!! It was a lot of fun to go and hang out. Most of you that know me know that I am anything but a thrill seeker! But I do enjoy watching, when I lived in California when I was younger, one of my favorite memories was going to Disneyland with my grandparents (thank you grandma and grandpa!) It was fun to remember those times, and be in that atmosphere again. Greg had an awesome time riding the roller coasters, he is one of those crazy guys that loves theme parks! I can't wait until next summer when I get to take Halle and Greg to Disneyland!

Flop Off

Greg's office decided to have a belly flop contest, and it was very amusing! Greg ended up tying for second place! That's my baby!

Summer Fest

One of our favorite things is to be outside! (well me at least I am teaching Halle to love it as well!) There is a park really close to me and they have a lot of concerts there, so we like to go and sit on the lawn and relax! Peyton, Brooke and Travis's little girl is just a bundle of happiness! She is so happy all the time, and such a good sport! On this particular time we were spinning around and she loved it!

Father's Day

This is Greg opening his gifts! Halle wasn't very into it, she just thought like normal we were there to amuse her!

This is Halle playing Hide and go seek with her dress, we are working on her not lifting up her dress.

We had a fantastic Father's day, it was so nice to hang out with Greg (like every Sunday!) Halle and I spent the whole day on Saturday getting ready for Father's day. We cleaned the house and baked cookies, and finished Greg's present! When I was writing in Greg's card I was trying to trace Halle's feet, she wouldn't sit still! I looked at her and said "Halle, cooperate." She looked at me and gave me the biggest smile and then started giggling.

In the end we made Greg a book on shutterfly and a framed impression of Halle's feet. He told me when I gave him that gift and I quote... "It's better than my car!" (meaning the 68 charger) I said what! That's a lot easier! He is so sweet, and such a wonderful Dad!

River Walk

On our Sunday outing we went to the Riverwalk and went on a short walk! It was a lot of fun, and very interesting. They had a lot of weird art, but of coarse our favrite part was this guy! Greg was trying to be very clever and have him hold Halle, but I was to uptight and didnt let him do it, it was dirty! Halle never has any Idea what is going on, someday she will call us crazy!

Family Fun

Halle's new favorite place is on our bed, whenever we put her down there she gets really excited and happy!
This is our cute little family, Greg and I decided to lay down next to our sweet baby and play with her, she loved playing with her parents!

She gets so many kisses everyday! Someone (who obviously doens't have kids) asked me the other day why babies need baths everyday, beside the fact that they poop and pee and spit up all over themselves! Halle also needs one everyday because of all the kisses she gets!

Shake Shake Shake

Ha Please don't Judge! but this is really funny, as most of you know Greg is a very Hands on dad and he is going to make Halle very strong! She loves when he plays with her! I promise that I try my best to make sure she doesn't get shaken baby syndrome!
